Payment Policy

 

1. Payment Methods

– Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

– Debit Cards

– UPI / Net Banking

– Wallet Payments (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

– Bank Transfer (upon request)

2. Booking & Payment Terms

– Advance Payment: A minimum of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

– Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid 7 days prior to departure (unless otherwise agreed).

– Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than 7 days before travel, 100% payment is required upfront.

3. Payment Confirmation

– Once payment is received, a confirmation email & invoice will be sent.

– Failure to make payment within the due date may lead to automatic cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

– Cancellation by Customer: Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy (linked separately).

– Cancellation by Company: If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

– Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Payment Security

– All transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

– We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Pricing & Currency

– All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

– Any additional bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs must be borne by the traveler.
